When visiting health centres, patients can now find huge white tents erected at several entrances. These white tents house a new screening system that will facilitate triage during the pandemic of COVID-19. Health workers are provided with protective equipment such as gloves and masks and conduct appropriate assessment of everyone coming to the health centres before they are referred to a physician or continue on to other services. Upon greeting, patients are asked a series of questions. Depending on their answers, patients are assisted onto the next steps of their visit to the health centre. Patients are asked to be courteous and patient upon arrival as it may take some time to enter the facility and access the services.
